What Happens If The Cash Flow Turns Negative?
For as long as new funds are introduced in the program by regular or new members, the company will always have enough funds to pay out to the members daily. In many of the traditional programs, as the program grows, there comes a point where the money coming in is less than the daily pay outs; the cash flow turns negative. Another hazard is that the program suffers server downtime or some other interruption, causing a loss of confidence by its members. New money stops coming into the program and it stalls. The program than collapses and it turns to scam.
In the case of JSS, there’s no promised pay out rate to maintain. The only obligation of JSS is to pay out $60 when a matrix fills. But, for that to happen, $80 has to come in first as described earlier. If the overall program slows down, individual members can always sponsor people to fill their matrixes and triple their money. Their financial destiny is effectively under their own control.
In the case of JSS, there’s no incentive for the program owner to “run with the money.” As JSS grows, the number of un-cycled positions also grow, creating an accumulation of “$20 assets” that tend to pay more the longer the program continues. To ensure the continuous success of the program, the Admin has created what is called the Restart Feature when the kill point occurs to ensure the cash flow stays positive. When JSS-Tripler’s obligations (liabilities) become too big, it is necessary to “restart” it as a new program.
“Running with the money” or shutting down the program would destroy all its accumulated assets (for which there are no corresponding liabilities).
The Restart Feature
Also known as the JSS-Tripler Restart, it is a conversion of some JSS-Tripler positions to JSS positions. There is a temporary decrease in Tripler earnings due to this conversion. There is, however, an exception to the newer accounts. During the first “10-25” days of starting an account, the Restart will not apply. This eliminates the fear that you can’t promote to new referrals due to Restart happening.
Under certain “abnormal circumstances”, a complete Restart may have to be done. An example would be if a payment processor were to freeze our account and steal our funds. A complete Restart would convert ALL JSS-Tripler positions into JSS positions. JSS-Tripler can then be restarted with a different payment processor.
Members retain all their JSS positions and can continue earning from them. (Most members will also most likely be able to recover funds from the “bad” payment processor!)

There is no need to fear Restart.
The Tripler earnings may take a little bit of a hit temporarily but it is a necessary feature to keep everyone earning great income for years to come!
